Synopsis:

Establishing a Voluntary Cleanup Program in the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE); requiring MDE to adopt regulations for the Program; establishing the Brownfields Revitalization Program in the Department of Business and Economic Development (DBED); authorizing DBED to select Brownfields sites based on certain criteria; etc.
