Synopsis:

Expanding a law that provides for proration of specified license fees to include licenses issued to home improvement contractors and subcontractors under Title 8, individuals who provide heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning, or refrigeration services under Title 9A, and secondhand precious metal object dealers and pawnbrokers under Title 12 of the Business Regulation Article.
