Synopsis:

Providing specified remedies for consumers who purchase unfit dogs from pet dealers or breeders; requiring a specified consumer to provide a specified notice to a pet dealer or breeder within a specified period of time; disallowing certain consumer remedies if the consumer signs a certain waiver; specifying a penalty for violation of the Act; etc.
