Parole - Inmates - Diminution Credits

Synopsis:

Providing that if certain inmates are convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for a crime committed while on parole and the parole is revoked, certain diminution credits that were allowed prior to release on parole may not be applied toward certain terms of confinement upon return to the Division of Correction; and generally relating to parole, inmates, and diminution credits.
