Narrowing the original jurisdiction of the juvenile court to preclude the juvenile court from exercising jurisdiction over a child who is alleged to have committed specified offenses; and specifying the types of cases that a criminal court may transfer to the juvenile court and that the juvenile court may transfer to a criminal court.
