Higher Education - Athletic Scholarship Recipients

Synopsis:

Requiring an institution of higher education to allow the recipient of an athletic scholarship sanctioned by the National Collegiate Athletic Association who terminates enrollment prior to obtaining a degree to reenroll at the institution, under specified circumstances, and, upon reenrollment, to pay a specified amount of the individual's costs of education; specifying the amount of the financial assistance to which such former athletes are entitled and the time period during which such assistance may be made available; etc.
