Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from stopping, standing, or parking on a loading zone designed for the use of individuals with disabilities; requiring parking lots constructed or altered after a certain date to conform to requirements of the Maryland Accessibility Code; and repealing nonconforming provisions relating to minimum parking space, size, and sign requirements.
