Synopsis:

Authorizing the court, on the motion of any party or on its own initiative, to revoke or amend an order of pretrial release; requiring the court, after a motion to revoke or amend is filed, to issue a body attachment and order a hearing to be held the day after the body attachment is served on the defendant; and requiring the court to state the reasons for its action in writing or on the record if the decision of the court results in the detention of the defendant.
