Reforming the Lead Poisoning Prevention Program; establishing a procedure for inspection of residential rental property and disclosure of the condition of properties to the Department of the Environment and to tenants; requiring specified information to be provided to specified persons; exempting specified owners and properties from specified requirements of the Program under specified circumstances; providing for the limitation of liability of specified owners who disclose specified information; etc.
