State Police Retirement System - Benefits

Synopsis:

Altering the formula for computing the retirement allowance of retirees of the State Police Retirement System to one thirty-eighth of average final compensation for the first 25 years of creditable service and one-ninetieth of creditable service for creditable service between 25 and 30 years; excluding the use of unused sick leave in the computation of creditable service for those members who have more than 30 years of creditable service; altering the rate of contribution for members of the system; etc.
