Taser Weapons - Prohibition

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from possessing, manufacturing, selling, transferring, purchasing, or receiving a taser weapon; defining the term "taser weapon"; providing that the Act does not apply to law enforcement personnel while they are acting within the scope of their official business; and specifying that a person who violates the Act is guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to imprisonment for not more than 2 years or a fine of not more than $1,000.
