Synopsis:

Authorizing a county, Baltimore City, or a municipal corporation to regulate, by ordinance, the sale of cigarettes or other tobacco products; authorizing a county, Baltimore City, or a municipal corporation to require licenses or permits or otherwise restrict the sale of tobacco products notwithstanding the possession of a license required under the Business Regulation Article; etc.
