Synopsis:

Establishing the Educational Computer Purchase Matching Fund Program in the Department of Education; authorizing the Department to use money from the fund to pay 20% of the cost of computers that a parent teacher unit purchases for a public elementary school; requiring county superintendents to inform public elementary school principals of the Program and requiring principals to inform parent teacher units of the Program; specifying requirements for Program applications; establishing Program procedures; etc.
