Medical Laboratories - Job-Related Alcohol and Controlled Dangerous Substance Testing

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt regulations that require laboratories that are certified to conduct job-related alcohol or controlled dangerous substances testing to label each specimen or its container with a specified number instead of using the name of the individual who provided the specimen.
