Maryland Aviation Commission - Composition of the Commission

Synopsis:

Requiring that of the eight members of the Maryland Aviation Commission appointed by the Governor, two shall be residents of the noise zone surrounding the Baltimore-Washington International Airport and one shall reside within two miles of the airport control tower of Baltimore-Washington International Airport; and requiring the Governor to ensure that the Commission complies with the residency requirement by January 1, 1998.
