Guardianship Proceedings - Notice to Natural Parents

Synopsis:

Providing that a petition for guardianship, filed after a juvenile proceeding at which the natural parent was present in which the child has been adjudicated to be a child in need of assistance, may be served on the natural parent at any other address for the natural parent identified after reasonable good faith efforts to locate the parent; and generally relating to notice to natural parents of guardianship proceedings.
