Synopsis:

Requiring a bank to send a notice of rights and remedies to a customer when the bank sends the customer notice that a check the customer deposited has been dishonored for nonpayment; and requiring that the notice of rights and remedies be in plain English and include sufficient detail to instruct the customer on: 1) how to collect payment, and 2) how to seek damages.
