Cholesterol Testing

Synopsis:

Exempting licensed medical laboratories from a requirement to obtain a permit to conduct cholesterol testing if the laboratories provide tests or services in the discipline of chemistry or health awareness; and repealing specified informational requirements that an applicant must submit to the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene when applying for a permit to conduct cholesterol testing.
