Synopsis:

Altering the information that a corporation must include in an application for a title insurance certificate of qualifications; repealing a provision requiring title insurance insurers to comply with the licensing and bonding requirements applicable to title insurance agents and title insurance brokers under the State insurance laws; clarifying certain definitions; and clarifying restrictions applicable to a specified certificate of qualification issued to an attorney at law.
