Providing for exceptions to the constitutional prohibition against holding more than one "office of profit"; repealing the prohibition against a person holding any civil office of profit or trust from being eligible as Senator or Delegate; removing from the oath of office language relating to dual office holding; and generally relating to dual office holding.
