Synopsis:

Privatizing the Baltimore City School Police Force on and after September 1, 1997; requiring the Board of School Commissioners of Baltimore City, in consultation with the Maryland Police Training Commission, to adopt specified requirements; and requiring the Board to adopt regulations concerning the privatization of a police force and to provide job assistance to specified police employees of the Board of School Commissioners of Baltimore City.
