Requiring that the salary of the County Clerks of Court of the District Court be set at a level similar to the clerk of the circuit court for the county; requiring that the salary of the chief administrative clerk be similar to the salary of an assistant chief clerk; requiring the Chief Judge of the District Court to appoint county clerks for six counties; and requiring that all County Clerks of Court be designated County Clerks of Court and have no other designation.
