Smoking in the Workplace - Exemption - Automobile Repair or Body Facilities

Synopsis:

Allowing the smoking of tobacco products in automobile repair or body facilities notwithstanding regulations adopted by the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation or the Commissioner of Labor and Industry; and allowing smoking in automobile repair or body facilities that comply with federal and State ventilation regulations or that operate with open ports or doors and meet federal and State occupational safety and health regulations.
