Firearms - Prohibitions - Adjudication of Delinquency

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person who has been adjudicated delinquent for a crime of violence within the past 10 years from obtaining a permit to carry a handgun or from purchasing or possessing regulated firearms; prohibiting dealers of these firearms from selling or transferring them to these individuals; and providing the State Police may have access to the juvenile records concerning adjudications of delinquency for crimes of violence for purposes of determining eligibility for carrying, purchasing, or possessing firearms.
