Local Elected Officials - Salary, Compensation, Pension, or Benefits

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a county governing body and the governing body of Baltimore City from increasing the salary, compensation, pension, or benefits of a county commissioner, a county executive, the county council and the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore during the period between the primary election and the beginning of the next term of office.
