Vehicle Laws - Special Registration Plates - Public School Construction

Synopsis:

Providing for the issuance of certain special registration plates by the Motor Vehicle Administration that express support for education; requiring an applicant for the plates to pay a fee established by the Administration subject to certain requirements and limitations; providing for the distribution of a certain portion of the fees to local governing bodies to be used for public school construction; and requiring local governing bodies to consult with certain boards of education and the Interagency Commitee on School Construction.
