Synopsis:

Creating the Commission on Recidivism and Solutions to Crime in the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services for the purpose of developing reporting methods, making reports on the level and incidence of crimes committed by repeat offenders, identifying major causes of recidivism, and developing strategies to limit recidivism; and providing for the membership, officers, meetings, and reporting requirements of the Commission.
