Vehicle Laws - Uninsured Motorists - Recovery of Evidences of Registration

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to send an investigator to the home or workplace of an owner of a motor vehicle to attempt to recover evidences of registration from the owner when the registration of a motor vehicle is suspended because of termination or lapse of required security and the owner has not returned the evidences of registration within 48 hours of receiving notice of the suspension from the Administration.
