Requiring the revocation or denial of specified professional licenses or certificates of obligors who are in arrears in child support payments over a specified amount; requiring the Court of Appeals to revoke orders of admission to the Bar of specified individuals who are in arrears in child support payments over a specified amount; providing for the reinstatement of a professional license or certificate or an order of admission to the Bar on payment of arrearages; etc.
