Education - School Construction - Condition for State Aid

Synopsis:

Requiring a county board of education that receives financial aid from the State for construction of a public school project to require all pupils who live in the geographic attendance area and are of the age for which the school was built to begin attending the school in the first year it is open for occupancy; and requiring the Board of Public Works to consider a county school's plans to comply with this requirement when approving a school construction project.
