Attorney General - Appointment to Fill Vacancy

Synopsis:

Specifying that in filling a vacancy in the office of Attorney General, the Governor shall select a person whose name has been submitted by the State central committee of the same political party, if any, with which the vacating Attorney General was affiliated at the time of the election or appointment of the vacating Attorney General; and requiring the advice and consent of the Senate.
