Repealing provisions of law that provide for employee contributions to be made under the Optional Retirement Program; requiring employing institutions that authorize employees to participate in a supplemental retirement account to designate the companies that may offer the supplemental retirement accounts and to administer the participation in the supplemental retirement account; etc.
