Entitled:
Volunteer Fire Company Officers - Emergency Equipment on Private Vehicles

Synopsis:

Clarifying that the highest ranking fireline officer and certain officers of the rank that is second in command in a volunteer fire company may have their privately owned vehicles equipped with red lights or signal devices which may be displayed while on route to or at the scene of an emergency; and limiting the number of volunteer fire company officers who may display such lights under certain circumstances.
