Synopsis:

Establishing the Fisheries Endowment Fund and the Wildlife Endowment Fund as special, nonlapsing funds for conservation purposes; establishing resident consolidated sport fishing and hunting licenses; providing for the establishment and disposition of fees for these licenses; providing that these licenses may be subject to permanent revocation for specified violations; providing for the issuance of complimentary licenses to specified individuals; repealing an obsolete reference; etc.
