Vehicle Laws - Obstruction of Traffic While Soliciting Prostitution

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from obstructing traffic with a motor vehicle while soliciting an act of lewdness, prostitution, or assignation; authorizing the MVA to suspend the driver's license of a person convicted of this offense; requiring the court to notify the MVA when a person is convicted of a violation of the Act; providing for the length of suspension for violations of the Act; etc.
