Synopsis:

Requiring that the Executive Director of the State Ethics Commission or the Executive Director's designee develop a proposed code of conduct for board members and their designated investigators and shall report to the House Environmental Matters Committee and the Senate Economic and Environmental Affairs Committee on or before July 1, 1997.
