Synopsis:

Requiring a county board of education to notify the Motor Vehicle Administration of an individual who drops out of high school; requiring the Administration to determine whether the individual holds a driver's license issued by this State; requiring the Administration to revoke or not to issue a driver's license; authorizing the Administration not to revoke the driver's license of, and to issue a driver's license to, an individual who dropped out of school because of hardship or other circumstances; etc.
