Synopsis:

Repealing the prohibition on the sale or disposal of game bird or mammal that is not permitted to be hunted or trapped in the State by a taxidermist or fur tanner licensee; and repealing the prohibition on the sale or disposal of certain parts of specimens by a taxidermist or fur tanner licensee.
