False Age Identification Cards - Possession - Prohibited

Synopsis:

Prohibiting an individual under the age of 21 years from possessing a card or document that falsely identifies the age of the individual under certain circumstances; and providing for the issuance of civil citations under specified circumstances by specified persons.
