Synopsis:

Providing that the spouse or other personal guest of an official may accept a meal or beverage from specified persons governed by the State ethics law, subject to conditions; providing that an elected constitutional officer may accept a ticket or free admission to participate in a recreational sporting event from specified persons governed by the State ethics law; etc.
