Workers' Compensation - Occupational Diseases - Correctional Officers

Synopsis:

Establishing, under specified circumstances, that specified correctional officers are presumed to have specified occupational diseases that were suffered in the line of duty and are compensable under the workers' compensation law; providing that, under specified circumstances, specified correctional officers who are eligible for specified benefits shall receive the benefits in addition to specified other benefits; etc.
