Permitting a candidate who purchases no more than two tickets to the campaign fund-raising event of other candidates to be exempt from filing specified campaign fund-raising reports; authorizing a candidate and treasurer to file an affidavit instead of campaign fund-raising reports under specified circumstances; etc.
