Adding Allegany County to the list of counties in which twelve members per fire company may be appointed as deputy sheriffs and in which additional authority for fire police is provided; clarifying that the Sheriff of Allegany County may remove a member of a fire company appointed as deputy sheriff for just cause; etc.
