Requiring an employer or its insurer to pay a provider for treatment or services rendered to specified employees within 45 days after the receipt of an itemized statement from the provider under specified circumstances, subject to a specified exception; altering the time period within which an employer or its insurer must make payment for specified treatment or services rendered to specified employees under the workers' compensation law or else face penalties for the failure so to do; etc.
