Education - Interim Alternative Educational Settings for Students with Disabilities Who Bring Firearms on School Property

Synopsis:

Authorizing the placement of an identified student with disabilities who brings a firearm on school property in an interim alternative educational setting for a specified time; authorizing the Admission, Review, and Dismissal Committee to decide on the setting; and establishing an exception to the specified time of placement in case of a hearing or for instances unrelated to a disability.
