Unemployment Insurance Contributions - Annual Filing for Employers of Household Workers

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation, to the extent allowed by federal law, to allow employers of household workers to submit unemployment insurance contributions and employment reports annually with the Comptroller if the employers are allowed to file annually for federal employment tax purposes; requiring the Comptroller to collect and forward to the Secretary the contributions and reports received with the income tax returns; requiring the Secretary to seek waivers from certain federal requirements; etc.
