Vehicle Laws - Operation of Sound Amplification System - Noise Prohibition

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the driver of a motor vehicle from operating, or permitting the operation of, a sound amplification system that produces a noise level that exceeds 75 dba in an area that is 50 feet or more outside the vehicle while the vehicle is on a highway; prohibiting the owner, operator, or other person entrusted with a motor vehicle, from operating, or permitting the operation of, a sound amplification system when the vehicle is parked that produces a noise level that exceeds 70 dba; etc.
