Synopsis:

Requiring the registration of Class O (all-terrain) vehicles with the MVA; stipulating the issuance and termination of a registration card and decal for an all-terrain vehicle, with a specification that a certificate of title is not required; authorizing the MVA to adopt a system of staggered registration for Class O vehicles; authorizing the MVA to establish a registration fee; providing for the distribution of the fees collected; etc.
