Synopsis:

Allowing members of the Correctional Officers' Retirement System to receive special disability retirement allowances instead of accidental disability retirement allowances when totally and permanently incapacitated for duty without willful negligence by the member; exempting an application for special disability under the Correctional Officers' Retirement System from requirements that it be filed within 5 years after the date of a claimed accident; etc.
