Education - Required School Days and Hours - Exception

Synopsis:

Allowing a county board of education or the Board of School Commissioners of Baltimore City, for the 1995-1996 school year only, to alter the number of days and hours that schools are required to be open; specifying that the approval of the State Board of Education is not required for a reduction of days or hours under the Act; and providing that funding from State or local sources may not be reduced because of a reduction of days or hours under the Act.
